Blu Offices is a 17-story trophy office tower containing a total rent able area of approximately 10.000 sq.m. The office space is distributed through fifteen above grade levels. Additionally two below grade levels contain a mix of storage space, service area and a garage.

More than 100 parking lots, storages, technical rooms in accordance with fire safety requirements the the two zones of the underground parking are provided with an evacuation stairway leading to ground level. All doors towards the stairs are fire-resistant and smoke-gasket, self-closing, supplied with panic locks, with margins of non-burning. Sprinkler system is fully covering the parking with the necessary reservoir for emergency rations and a pumping premise;
